Mistakes do happen, nobody is perfect. In the event that we’ve made a mistake, we’d like to keep it as painless as possible for you. Please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order so we can take care of it. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the item is received.
If your order contains items that are different to what you ordered or designed, we will reprint those designs for you at no extra cost. Please note that T-Shirts, vests, hoodies and sweaters should be unwashed and unworn (except for fitting it on) if you would like to return it.


Refunding will happen in the event that we were unable to reprint the items and refund requests should be sent to the admin.
